Our Environmental Commitment

We power our hosted services with 100% renewable energy, helping our customers reduce carbon emissions while supporting global Net Zero goals. From our office operations to our data centre partnerships, we’re constantly evaluating how to reduce our environmental footprint.

Our focus areas include:

  • Carbon footprint reduction – we’re collecting baseline energy data and undertaking full energy audits to identify efficiencies.
  • Green data centres – working with partners to ensure facilities run on renewable electricity.
  • Waste management – aiming for zero waste to landfill by 2040 through reduce, reuse, recycle initiatives.
  • Employee awareness – running campaigns and training programs to foster sustainable behaviour both in the office and at home.

We’ve also implemented a robust Environmental Policy that is reviewed annually to stay ahead of regulation and best practice.

Social Responsibility

People are at the heart of ERA — whether they are employees, customers, suppliers, or members of the communities we serve.

Our social impact goals include:

  • Increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) through targeted training and family-friendly policies.
