ERA is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Pearce, who will be joining as Support Manager based in Chesham. Mike is a highly regarded support leader with over twenty-five years of experience in the media, broadcast and post-production sectors.  Mike’s extensive understanding of the industry means he is well placed to deliver an outstanding support service to an ever-growing customer base and drive ERA’s customer-focused culture to build strong and sustainable relationships.

Mike’s expertise will allow ERA to evolve their customer success processes that have always been deployed on each project; continually ensuring customer satisfaction is their top priority.  Leading a team of experienced Support Engineers, Mike will ensure the delivery of first-class infrastructure services.
